They are an ambitious trio from the vibrant coastal town of Umhlanga Rocks that shared a creative passion which went beyond success—it was about a lasting legacy. Each of them carried the spirit of innovation, determination and appreciation of their South African culture. Together, they dreamed of building a brand that could stand shoulder to shoulder with the world’s best yet remain distinctly and proudly South African.
Their unwavering faith which gave them the desire to reach millions of homes across the country gave birth to this spectacular brand called Aqua Vidé—a bottled water that is more than just hydration, It represents a lifestyle of refinement and empowerment.
Aqua Vide reflects the belief that South Africa deserves world-class offerings that inspire confidence at home and admiration abroad. With their combined cooperate backgrounds that span over a combined 50 years of experience rooted in Finance, Governance and Operations, these three women are shaping Aqua Vidé into a symbol of ambition, quality, and endurance that is established to last for many lifetimes.
Karuna
The 'Profashional'
Karuna believed that South Africa deserved a bottled water brand that could rival the finest on a global scale but still remain true to its roots. With her passion for governance & flare for fashion, she envisioned Aqua Vidé as a symbol of refinement and not just water.

The 'Funfessional'
Nonkonzo embodied the spirit of people and community. She believed Aqua Vidé was more than a product—it was a movement to uplift and inspire. With her gift for operational strategies and zest for life, she positioned the brand as one that speaks to South Africans across cultures creating loyalty grounded in identity and pride.
